I’m Rick Mooney, REALTOR® with eXp Realty here in Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma. For me, real estate has one mission: Real Estate Simplified. Buying, selling, or investing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—I cut through the noise and get you where you want to go.

I help homeowners move forward, buyers find the right fit, and investors build long-term wealth. On top of that, I run Superior Property Management, where we handle the day-to-day so your investments stay profitable and stress-free.

I’m also the founder of Every Home Needs A Music Room, a community project that gives people the chance to pick up an instrument and start creating. It’s my way of giving back and keeping the next generation inspired.
